These terms govern use of WooTF. By subscribing you agree to them. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Contracting entity
The contracting entity is Datalinc Pty Ltd, ABN 28 682 714 030, Surry Hills NSW, Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. The courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights you have under Australian law.
The service
WooTF is a WooCommerce plugin plus a hosted site-key and ABR lookup. It helps GST-registered Australian stores produce tax invoices on paid orders and adjustment notes when a refund needs one. Documents are generated on your WordPress site. We are not Xero, not a packing-slip suite, not Peppol, and not a tax-exemption product.
Subscription and GST on the fee
Current prices, GST-inclusive, are A$20.90 per month (A$19 + GST) and A$163.90 per year (A$149 + GST). Datalinc Pty Ltd is GST-registered. The fee is consideration for a taxable supply; the large figure you are shown includes GST. Prices are in Australian dollars.
One site per key
Each site key may be used on one GST-registered WooCommerce site. Sharing a key across sites, or using WooTF if you are not GST-registered, is not permitted. If you are not GST-registered you must not issue a Tax Invoice.
Stripe, auto-renewal, and cancellation
Checkout is on api.wootf.com and is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the monthly or yearly period until you cancel. You may cancel anytime. After cancellation, the key stops authorising new documents; PDFs already issued stay on your WooCommerce store. We do not delete those files from your server.
Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for:
- whether you are required to be GST-registered;
- WooCommerce tax classes, including 10% GST and GST-free lines;
- the accuracy of your legal name and ABN;
- GST on your sales, and lodging your BAS;
- keeping WordPress, WooCommerce, and the plugin reasonably up to date.
An ABN on an order does not make a sale GST-free. Live ABR lookup confirms register data; we do not claim a customer owns the ABN they entered.

WooTF is general information and software. It is not legal or tax advice. It is not a BAS lodgement service. Datalinc Pty Ltd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the Australian Taxation Office. WooTF helps produce documents that include the details in GST Act s 29-70 / s 29-75. We do not warrant that any document will be accepted in every audit or dispute.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the Worker for the ABR GUID, scrape ABR beyond the product’s lookup, resell keys, or use the service for fraud. We may suspend a key if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken, after a notice where practical.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where we are allowed to limit our liability for a breach of a non-excludable guarantee, we limit it to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost BAS outcomes, or indirect loss, and our aggregate liability for the subscription is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Material changes to price or to one-site-per-key will be notified through the checkout / account channel before they apply to a renewal where practical. Continued use after a renewal is acceptance of the then-current terms.
